The five numbers are the row Triangle of face-shape-ratios.csv, published on the data page under CC BY 4.0 and archived with a DOI. No outside standard is involved: this is the profile the site compares a face against, in a file you can download.
How the triangle row is built
Four distances come off the face: forehead width between the temples, cheekbone width at the widest point, jaw width from corner to corner, and face length from the hairline to the chin. Face length is fixed at 100, so the other three are reported as percentages of it — proportions inside one photo, not millimetres or inches. The landmark indices used for each distance are in face-shape-measurements.csv.
Triangle is the one row that turns the usual arrangement upside down: the jaw runs to 1.02 of the cheekbone width while the forehead stays at 0.80, so the widest part of the face is the bottom.
Measuring a triangle face shape by hand

The cost of using it
Nothing. No charge, no account, no upgrade tier, and no daily limit or cap on the number of photos and measurements you put through the site — no counter is kept. Every number on this page is already public, so there is nothing to unlock by signing in.
Where the photo and the typed ratios go
The detector is one page of JavaScript and a model file: the model comes down once with the page, then everything is measured inside your browser tab, so the photo is never uploaded anywhere and no server of ours receives it. The box above works the same way — the three ratios are compared in the page and sent nowhere.

Four rows again from the same single file. Read down the jaw column of that file and the triangle row is alone at the top: 1.02 is the only jaw ratio above 1.00 among the seven — every other row keeps the jaw at or under the cheekbone width. That one column is what separates this shape from everything near it.

Only the triangle row, at 1.02 against the cheekbone width. Square comes closest at 0.95 and still stays under it.
Is a triangle face shape the same as a pear-shaped one?
There is no pear row in this file, so a face described that way lands in the triangle row here, which asks for the jaw at 1.02 and the forehead at 0.80.
How does a triangle face shape differ from a diamond one?
Opposite ends. Diamond puts the cheekbones at the widest with 0.74 above and 0.72 below; triangle puts the width at the bottom, at 1.02, with 0.80 above.
