This is geometry, not a style guide. Every question below is a question about one of the three ratios, and the ratio is named. It is this data set's own reading of its own numbers, not a standard from elsewhere.
- Where is the width on this row? At both ends: 0.97 at the forehead and 0.95 at the jaw, both nearly level with the cheekbones.
- A bangs or fringe question. It depends on the forehead ratio, 0.97 — the widest end here.
- A length question — long hair or short. It depends on the length ratio, 1.22, the second-lowest in the file after round's 1.18.
- A jaw-corner or lower-third question. It depends on the jaw ratio, 0.95.
- A "best hairstyles for a square face" question. That wording hides all three numbers. Say which of 1.22, 0.97 or 0.95 you want the answer to move.

Same file for all four rows. Sorting the jaw column of that file puts square second from the top: 0.95 is the second-highest jaw ratio of the seven, behind only triangle's 1.02. That is why the lower-third hair questions on this row are about a jaw that has not been narrowed.
