Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

The short version: your photo is never uploaded. It is read and measured inside your own browser tab, and it is gone when you close the tab. No account is needed and none is created.

1. Your photo

When you choose, drop or shoot a photo, the file is read by the page running in your browser. The face landmark model runs locally on your device and produces the measurements in the same tab. The photo is not sent to this site's servers, because there are no servers that accept photos. This site is a set of static files hosted on a content delivery network; it has no application backend, no database and no upload endpoint.

Nothing is stored on your device either: no photo, no measurement and no result is written to disk or kept after you close or reload the page. That also means there is no history to delete — there was never any history.

3. Advertising

This site intends to display third-party advertising in the future. It does not do so yet — there are no ad scripts on any page today. When advertising is added, this section will be updated before or at the same time, and it will name the ad provider and explain what that provider may collect, typically through cookies or similar identifiers, and how you can opt out. If you want to know before that happens whether ads are live, the honest test is to look at this paragraph: it will say so plainly.

4. Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.

5. Your choices

6. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes — advertising being the obvious one — will be described in this document rather than quietly added.

7. Contact

Questions about this policy can be raised through the contact page.
