This site is maintained by one person. Reports about wrong results, unclear wording or a page that breaks on your device are all welcome, and they do get read.
The contact mailbox is not live yet. The address [email protected] is being set up and
incoming mail is not being delivered to anyone yet, so this page does not list it as a working address.
It will appear here as soon as delivery is confirmed. Until then, nothing sent to that address will reach a human.
What is most useful to send
- A wrong result: which shape the detector gave you, and what you expected. Mentioning the photo type (front-on selfie, webcam, studio photo) helps a lot.
- A page that breaks: which browser and device, and what you saw instead of the result.
- A wording problem: if something on the site is unclear or reads as a claim it should not make.
- A privacy question: see the privacy policy first — the common ones are already answered there.
What this site cannot help with
- It does not give medical, dermatological or identity advice, and cannot interpret a photo beyond the listed measurements.
- It cannot look up a photo you sent earlier — no photo is ever stored, by anyone, including the site owner.
